An account is not required to place orders. You can purchase items from Luxe Marca as a Guest. Select “Continue as a guest” when placing an order and follow the instructions given. Luxe Marca will still need information such as a shipping address and contact information to send you orders and order updates. Although you can order as a Guest, creating a Luxe Marca account has great benefits that include saving your address, tracking orders, and a faster checkout.
Owning a Luxe Marca account is highly recommended to register so you don’t miss out on many benefits including gifts, tailored offers, sales previews, and access to events.

You can make changes to your account by following these five steps:

- Select the section you want to edit.
- Make the required changes, for example, change your password.
Luxe Marca is sorry to see you go. If you’re unhappy with anything, please contact us. You’ll get a response as soon as possible.
If you would still like to delete your account, send an email titled “Account Deletion Request” to info@luxemarca.com. In the email, please confirm the email address linked to the account being deleted. Unfortunately, account holder benefits like exclusive offers, event invitations, faster checkouts and order tracking will end once the account is deleted.
Don’t worry, you can regain access to your account by following these five steps:
- Click “Login” at the top of the website.
- Instead of trying to login, click “Lost My Password”.
- You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. The email may
take several minutes to arrive. - Open the email and click the link provided to change your password.
- Use your new password to login.

Once you place an order, items can’t be added. Please order extra items separately. Orders can’t be changed or cancelled either. Don’t worry, you don’t have to keep unwanted items. When the order is delivered, start a return and place another order to get the right items. Refer to our “Returns & Exchange” section to know more.

Luxe Marca ships worldwide. To place an order, you’ll need to select your country/region from a list. Shipping restrictions vary per country and/or region, so it may take longer for orders to arrive. Certain items may also take longer to be delivered.
Shipping fees are stated in each product page, shipping costs would be vary.
Delivery varies between 7-10 working days. It may take longer depending on the item ordered and your country/region. You can track and control your shipment’s status by using the tracking number provided. It will show you the shipping status so you know when the item’s delivery is expected.
Please remember that certain factors increase delivery timeframes. These factors include customized items and delivery to rural or remote areas. There are also unforeseen and uncontrollable factors that may delay your item’s delivery. These factors include employee strikes, poor weather, public holidays (local, national and international), and the courier company’s errors.
For security reasons, iFurniture does not guarantee delivery to Post Office (PO) Boxes, Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts or other short-term, temporary accommodation such as tourist apartments or residences. It is highly recommended that you deliver to secure, private, long-term locations such as a home address.
When your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS that includes your tracking number. Use the number to follow your order’s status.
Luxe Marca account holders can login and check the “Track My Order” page. View your order status there any time.
Before your item is delivered, you’ll receive an email and/or a text message (SMS) from our courier. It will offer delivery options to suit your needs and schedule. You can make the following changes to your item’s delivery:
- Choose a different delivery date.
- Deliver the item to one of your neighbour instead.
- Change the delivery address to one within the same state.
- Pick up your item(s) at a secure parcel locker.
- Authorize the courier to deliver without getting a signature.
- Postpone your delivery by up to 30 days.
The delivery change options vary based on each shipment and the shipper’s request. Making changes could increase the delivery window by at least one working day.
Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us if you don’t receive the item(s) you ordered. Our team will look into the matter further.
Customs charges and taxes depend on your country/region. Luxe Marca cannot advise you on any import charges including taxes, local regulations or customs duties required for customs clearance. Please contact the local authority for your country’s up-to-date import charge information.
An exchange is not possible on Luxe Marca . If you ordered the wrong item, you can request a return to get a refund. Then you can place a new order to get the right item. The new item will be shipped separately, so it won’t be affected by your returned item.

Before requesting a return, please ensure that the item complies with our return policy. Note that exchanges are not possible. Please return the wrong item and order the correct one separately.
To return a delivered item, please follow these five steps:
1- Fill in the online Return Form. Luxe Marca account holders can login to return an item via the Orders section.
2- Gather the unused, unworn item and everything it was packaged with including accessories. If the security tag/seal aren’t intact, your return will be rejected.
3- Package and securely seal the item and accessories in the order’s original box. iFurniture does not accept liability for lost or damaged returns, so please double check that the return parcel is correctly labelled and securely packaged.
4- Choose your preferred courier and organize a pick-up within 14 days of the return’s authorization.
5- When the item is successfully delivered to iFurniture warehouse, the returned item(s) will be checked to confirm that they meet the return criteria. Your return request will either be accepted or rejected.
Accepted Returns.
If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to you by the method you prefer. You can choose a refund to the payment method used to order the item, or choose a credit voucher valid at iFurniture website.
Rejected Returns.
Unfortunately, not all items meet the return criteria. If the returned item is rejected, it will be returned to you.
4. Once the items are received to our warehouse, and your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to you chosen method either as a credit voucher or by receiving the money to the same method used.
To return items bought from iFurniture , please make a request within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns must meet the following five conditions:
1- The item hasn’t been used.
The item must be unused and in its original condition. The original condition includes intact labels and security tags/seals. The item cannot be incomplete, worn, altered, tailored or damaged. These conditions must also be met by any special packaging and accessories.
2. The item is not perfume.
Perfumes cannot be returned. You can still return other items bought from Luxe Marca website.
3. The item was shipped within 14 days.
When your return has been authorized, the package must be posted within 14 days. Please make sure that the package has been labelled correctly and secured properly. Luxe Marca accepts no liability if returns are lost or damaged.
4. The item was returned from the country it was delivered to.
The returned parcel must be sent from the original shipping country, region or market.
5. The item was bought from Luxe Marca.
Luxe Marca only refunds items bought from iFurniture website. Luxe Marca cannot assist with returns to other merchants, retailers, multi-brand stores or websites, so please contact their customer service department if you need help.
Return and refund requests will be rejected if those five conditions aren’t met. Rejected items will be returned to you.
You have two choices:
Option 1: Your refund is issued to the payment method used to place the order.
Option 2: Your refund is issued as a credit voucher. It can be redeemed at Luxe Marca website.
Please choose carefully. Once your refund option is processed, it can’t be changed.
When your return is approved, A refund will be issued depending on the refund option you choose.
If you choose the credit voucher option, you’ll receive an immediate refund. The voucher is only valid at Luxe Marca website.
If you choose the monetary refund, you’ll be repaid within 20 working days. The exact time depends on your bank and the payment method used. Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used to pay for the order. If your approved return isn’t refunded within 20 working days, please contact us.
Do I have to pay the shipping charges if I request a return?
Yes, you’ll have to pay the full cost of returning items (shipping costs and any customs duties). Shipping costs vary depending on the courier. Luxe Marca doesn’t require a particular courier for returns, so feel free to choose your favorite, most trusted shipping company.
Luxe Marca wants to provide quality service to you. Unfortunately, things don’t always go according to plan. Please check that your return was approved and that 20 working days have passed. If you still haven’t received a refund, or you’ve received the wrong amount, please contact us.
Unfortunately, some returned items don’t comply with our Return Policy. If your return request was rejected, the item(s) will be shipped back to you. Please re-read the Return Policy to prevent future returns from being rejected too.
