Welcome to the Luxe Marca FAQ section! Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our fashion collections, delivery, returns, size guide, payments, and more.
Yes! Every item at Luxe Marca is 100% authentic and sourced directly from Italy. We work with premium Italian fashion houses to bring you genuine products.
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping.
However, once your order is shipped, we cannot add extra items. If you’d like to order more, please place a separate order.
If you need to make changes to your existing order, you can simply contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, orders can’t be changed or cancelled.
Don’t worry if you receive something you no longer need — once your order is delivered, you can start a return and place a new order for the right items.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using your order number with your email or phone number or by using the tracking number on our Order Tracking page.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 4 working days, please contact our support team.
We offer free returns within 25 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note:
Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method. As we do not offer cash on delivery (COD), cash refunds are not applicable.

Our products follow international sizing standards, and size formats may vary depending on the brand.
Most of our brands use Italian (IT) sizing, often combined with standard alpha sizes (XS–6XL) for easier selection.
For your convenience:
- Sizes may appear as S, M, L or IT 48 / M
- Some items may use EU or brand-specific sizing
- A detailed Size Guide is available on each product page to help you find the best fit
If you’re unsure about your size, our team is always happy to assist you before purchase.
We accept a variety of secure payment options including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, Tabby, and regional payment methods depending on your location.

An account is not required to place orders. You can purchase items from Luxe Marca as a Guest.
Select “Continue as a guest” when placing an order and follow the instructions given.
Luxe Marca will still need information such as a shipping address and contact information to send you orders and order updates.
Although you can order as a Guest, creating a Luxe Marca account has great benefits that include saving your address, tracking orders, and a faster checkout.
Don’t worry, you can regain access to your account by following these five steps:
- Click “Login” at the top of the website.
- Instead of trying to login, click “Lost My Password”.
- You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. The email may
take several minutes to arrive. - Open the email and click the link provided to change your password.
- Use your new password to login.
If the password change email doesn’t arrive, please check your Spam folder. Is the email in there? If not, you may have misspelt something on the “Lost My Password” page. Please return there and try again. If you still can’t change your password, please email at ecommerce@luxemarca.com.
