Refund policy

We want your shopping experience with Luxe Marca to feel as seamless and confident as the styles we deliver.

📦 25-Day Return Policy

You have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: All refunds are issued as store credit or online credit — no cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at ecommerce@luxemarca.com.
If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following categories, as long as they meet the return conditions:

  • Clothing: tops, shirts, polos, dresses, jeans, pants, outerwear, etc.
  • Shoes: sneakers, boots, loafers, sandals (must be unworn, in original box/dust bag)
  • Bags & Leather Accessories: totes, handbags, wallets
  • Accessories: belts, hats, scarves, jewelry

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale due to hygiene, safety, or customization:

  • Underwear, swimwear, socks & hosiery
  • Perfumes
  • Custom/personalized or exclusive limited-edition items
  • Sale items or items purchased under an offer
  • Gift cards

📍Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at ecommerce@luxemarca.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

Want something else? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved. 

If you need to make changes to your existing order, you can simply contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, orders can’t be changed or cancelled.

If you receive something you no longer need — once your order is delivered, you can start a return and place a new order for the right items.


💳 Store Credit / Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, your store credit/refund will be issued within 10 business days.

If 15+ business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your credit, contact us at ecommerce@luxemarca.com.
